The CADAC SKOTTEL BRAAI is a versatile and robust outdoor cooking appliance, ideal for preparing a variety of meals such as traditional breakfasts, paellas, stir-fries, and more. Originating from South African farmers who used plough shears over open fires, this modern adaptation features a hard porcelain enamel-coated Skottel dish, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. 

Designed for portability, the Skottel Braai includes a stainless steel stem and removable aluminium legs, allowing for easy assembly and compact storage. It comes equipped with a pot stand, enabling the use of pots up to 30cm in diameter, and a convenient carry bag for transportation. 

With a cooking surface diameter of approximately 49cm and a total heat output of 3 kW, the Skottel Braai offers efficient cooking performance. Its average gas consumption is 218 g/h, operating at a pressure of 28-37 mBar.  The unit weighs under 6 kg, making it an excellent choice for camping trips, picnics, and backyard gatherings.
